To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 8gl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8gl's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 8gl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability under applicable Philippine law.
8gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 8gl complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
